Cindy started driving a truck in 1990. She has run all lower 48 states as well as parts of Canada.

Cindy has 3 grown boys that live in various places.

She spent two years in Iraq as a civilian contractor, driving a truck after nearly being killed by her now ex-husband.

Cindy's time in Iraq is chronicled in a book called "Cindy in Iraq: A Civilian's Year in the War Zone". You can find information, pictures, video and an excerpt on it at www.cindyiniraq.com

Cindy loves riding motorcycles and is a menber of the Mississippi chapter of the Patriot Guard Riders.

Sniper Check - Kenny Elliott

Kenny served 3 months with E Troop, 151 Cav., of the 39th Infantry Brigade in Iraq. He could have come home when they did in March 2005, but volunteered to stay. "It just doesn't make sense to only stay 3 months, mom." he said when he told me about his decision. He then was attached to the 256th Infantry out of Louisana, who then attached him to E Troop, 101 Cav., which was an attachement from New York.

He came home in September 2005. After several months home, he decided to go regular Army and went to Ft Hood and was with I Troop, 3rd Squardron, 3d ACR. While preparing to return ot Iraq, his symptoms of PTSD worsened and he was discharged in October 2007. He is going through the VA in Biloxi, MS to help for his PTSD.

Patriot Guard Riders

The Patriot Guard Riders is a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation. We have one thing in common besides motorcycles. We have an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security. If you share this respect, please join us.

We don’t care what you ride or if you ride, what your political views are, or whether you’re a hawk or a dove. It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn't matter where you’re from or what your income is; you don’t even have to ride. The only prerequisite is Respect. Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American heroes
as invited guests of the family
. Each mission we undertake has two basic objectives.

1. Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities.

2. Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors.

We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means.

To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedoms of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.

I’m watching you on my TV,
You’ve never even heard of me.
Yet you still protect me day and night,
Regardless if I’m wrong or right.

I’m American and you are too,
And you’re doing what you’re trained to do.
The only difference in you and I,
If I were in your shoes I’d die.

You’re a hero and you keep me free,
You don’t know what that means to me.
But then again you probably do,
‘Cause someone’s done the same for you.

You’re out there and you’re kickin’ ass,
While I drive my car that guzzles gas.
Some bitch ‘cause they have raised the price,
But they don’t think about your sacrifice.

You’re gone away from family,
To risk your life to keep us free.
And it’s not just for the USA,
The whole world needs your help today.

Iraq, Kuwait, the UN too,
Even France depends on you.
I hope you live another day,
To see your children grow and play.

But if you don’t, I hope they know,
You fought because you love them so.
America is shining through,
The red, the white, the royal blue.

And for the selfless things you do,
God saved a special place for you.

Biker or Not Group for RDOH

I don't know how many of you are on Biker or Not, but I have created a group there for the Road Dogs on Hogs. You can find it by going to my profile, bikerornot.com/whiterose and look at my groups. Just click on the link and join. Then let you trucker/biker friends know that we are there.
